Responsibility

  • Lead reservoir modeling, simulation, and reserves estimation to support field development planning.
  • Design and optimize drilling, completion, and stimulation programs to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
  • Develop production optimization strategies using integrated data analytics and industry-standard software.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
  • Collaborate with geoscience, completions, facilities, and drilling teams to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and quality assurance across operations.
  • Manage data management workflows and simulations in Petrel, Eclipse, and CMG environments.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of upstream petroleum engineering experience in reservoir engineering and field development planning.
  • Strong expertise in reservoir simulation software (Petrel, Eclipse, CMG) and data analytics.
  • Experience with drilling optimization, production forecasting, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility preferred; ability to work legally in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel as required and operate in an on-call environment.
