Responsibility

  • Lead reservoir and production engineering activities to optimize field performance and lifecycle economics.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic models, forecasts, and reserves estimates to support business planning and asset valuation.
  • Collaborate with drilling, completions, facilities, and subsurface teams to design field development plans and workovers.
  • Implement production optimization strategies using reservoir simulation, data analytics, and advanced characterization techniques.
  • Mentor junior engineers, review workflows, and uphold HSE standards across projects.
  • Conduct economic evaluations, risk assessments, and decision analysis for capital projects.
  • Present technical findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders and lead design reviews.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in oil and gas reservoir engineering, production optimization, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with reservoir simulation tools (Eclipse, CMG, or equivalent) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of drilling, completions, facilities, and surface networks.
  • Experience with reserves estimation (PRMS/SPE standards) and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills; ability to lead multidisciplinary projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work in a global, cross-functional environment.
