At Enerion Energy, we are seeking a Senior Petroleum Engineer to lead reservoir management and production optimization initiatives in Houston. The ideal candidate will combine advanced reservoir engineering skills with strategic thinking to deliver world-class field development plans.

Responsibility
- Lead reservoir performance analysis and production optimization studies for core assets.
- Develop and evaluate field development plans using reservoir simulation tools (Eclipse, CMG, etc.).
- Collaborate with drilling, facilities, geoscience, and commercial teams to align technical plans with business objectives.
- Build, history-match, and maintain dynamic reservoir models; provide production forecasting and uncertainty analyses.
- Perform economic evaluations, risk assessment, and optimization of capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operating expenditures (OPEX).
- Mentor junior engineers, review technical work, and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure HSE compliance and implement best practices for asset integrity and safe operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of upstream oil and gas experience with demonstrated expertise in reservoir engineering and production optimization.
- Proficiency with reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, CMG, PetroMod) and data analytics tools (Python, MATLAB, Excel).
- Strong understanding of field development planning, economics, and risk assessment.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus; strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
