Join Lumina Visual Studio, a premier NYC photography studio known for high-end brand campaigns and editorial shoots. We are seeking a Senior Photographer to lead creative direction, execute flawless shoots, and deliver stunning retouched assets.
In this role, you will collaborate with art directors, stylists, and clients to shape visual storytelling across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. You will manage end-to-end shoots, mentor junior photographers, and uphold top-tier image quality and consistency.

Responsibility
- Plan and execute photo shoots from concept through post-production, ensuring creative vision aligns with brand guidelines.
- Direct talent, stylists, and crew; scout locations and coordinate logistics for on-site and studio shoots.
- Manage lighting setups, camera systems, and studio workflow to maximize efficiency and image quality.
- Produce high-quality imagery for campaigns, lookbooks, social media, and editorial publications.
- Maintain color accuracy, consistency, and retouching standards across all deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and clients to meet deadlines and elevate brand storytelling.
- Mentor junior photographers and interns, sharing techniques and industry insights to raise team capability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in photography or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of photography experience in brand campaigns, fashion, or editorial work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, fashion, and lifestyle shoots.
- Proficiency with studio and on-location lighting, and camera systems (DSLR/mirrorless).
- Expertise in post-production: Lightroom, Photoshop, and color grading (Capture One a plus).
- Excellent communication, project management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
