Responsibility
- Lead and execute high-end commercial and fashion shoots from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with art directors, stylists, and clients to refine creative concepts and budgets.
- Plan lighting setups, camera workflows, and shot lists; manage on-set crew and talent.
- Direct models and assistants to achieve expressive, brand-consistent imagery.
- Oversee on-set retouching notes and ensure consistency with post-production pipeline.
- Maintain studio safety, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Deliver polished images meeting technical specs and brand guidelines on time.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in photography or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional photography experience in commercial, fashion, or advertising work.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with studio lighting equipment and modifiers; knowledge of natural light setups.
- Advanced post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom; color grading and retouching experience.
- Excellent communication, time management, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and travel as needed; US work authorization preferred.
