How to succeed in this role
Bring a strong portfolio, an eye for narrative, and a hands-on approach to image making. You will own the capture from concept through post-production, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and project timelines.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute high-quality photography for on-brand campaigns across fashion, lifestyle, and product sectors, on-location and in-studio.
- Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, makeup artists, and producers to establish visual direction and shot lists.
- Plan lighting setups, camera work, and gear management to achieve consistent, premium results.
- Direct models and assistants on set, communicating clearly to maintain creative momentum and safety.
- Oversee post-production, including color grading, retouching, and delivery of final assets in multiple formats.
- Manage on-set logistics, schedules, and budget adherence while maintaining high-quality output.
- Maintain and organize digital assets, metadata, and workflow for efficient asset management.
- Assist with scouting locations and sourcing equipment as needed to support shoots.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field, or 3+ years of professional photography experience, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and advanced lighting equipment (strobes, continuous lighting, modifiers).
- Expert-level post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One; strong color management capabilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating fashion, lifestyle, and product photography with a clear brand storytelling ability.
- Excellent on-set communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; experience directing talent and crew.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of studio operations, risk management, and safety on set; ability to travel for shoots as needed.
