  • Mentorship from senior creatives and a clear path for career growth.
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture that values experimentation and excellence.

How to succeed in this role

Bring a strong portfolio, an eye for narrative, and a hands-on approach to image making. You will own the capture from concept through post-production, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and project timelines.

Responsibility

  • Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, makeup artists, and producers to establish visual direction and shot lists.
  • Plan lighting setups, camera work, and gear management to achieve consistent, premium results.
  • Direct models and assistants on set, communicating clearly to maintain creative momentum and safety.
  • Oversee post-production, including color grading, retouching, and delivery of final assets in multiple formats.
  • Manage on-set logistics, schedules, and budget adherence while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Maintain and organize digital assets, metadata, and workflow for efficient asset management.
  • Assist with scouting locations and sourcing equipment as needed to support shoots.

Qualification

  • Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and advanced lighting equipment (strobes, continuous lighting, modifiers).
  • Expert-level post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One; strong color management capabilities.
  • Portfolio demonstrating fashion, lifestyle, and product photography with a clear brand storytelling ability.
  • Excellent on-set communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; experience directing talent and crew.
