Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Lead and mentor junior therapists; provide clinical supervision and guidance.
- Monitor patient progress with objective outcome measures and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centred care.
- Educate patients on pain management, prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to clinic development, audits, and community outreach programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical physiotherapy experience; advanced skills in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centred care approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with outcome measures and electronic health records.
- Familiarity with gait analysis, assessment tools, and program development.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and mentoring junior staff.
