We seek a Senior Physiotherapist to lead clinical care, mentor junior therapists, and contribute to clinic development. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based treatment for musculoskeletal injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and sports-related conditions. What you'll do: lead assessment and treatment planning, provide manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, educate patients, track outcomes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Lead evidence-based rehabilitation programs and supervise junior staff.
- Provide high-quality manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality-based treatments.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes in electronic records.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other allied health professionals to optimize care.
- Educate patients on prevention strategies and self-management techniques.
- Participate in clinic quality initiatives, audits, and continuing professional development.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Current Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA (or relevant regulatory body) and NSW practice license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Strong skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and outcome measurement.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior therapists is preferred.
- Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation; familiarity with outcome measures (e.g., SPADI, LEFS).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
