Harbourline Physiotherapy & Rehab is seeking a motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. Responsibility
- Lead comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and sport-related injuries.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based modalities to optimise patient outcomes.
- Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes using our electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with physicians, trainers, and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff, contributing to clinical education and program development.
- Contribute to clinic initiatives for service quality, patient safety, and business growth.
- Deliver patient education on injury prevention, self-management, and home exercise programs.
Qualification
- AHPRA registration with current practicing certificate and credentials in good standing.
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with a patient centered approach.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to motivate patients.
- Commitment to evidence based practice and outcome measure tracking.
- CPR First Aid certification and ongoing continuing professional development.
