Responsibility
- Lead comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and diagnose complex conditions.
- Design and oversee individualized rehabilitation and return-to-function programs.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based treatment techniques.
- Educate patients and families to optimize adherence and outcomes.
- Mentor junior clinicians and participate in case reviews and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with GPs, sports physicians, and other allied health professionals to optimize care pathways.
- Utilize outcome measures and data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
Qualification
- Eligible to registered as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Master's or Doctorate in Physiotherapy preferred; Bachelor's degree considered with relevant MSK experience.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical MSK physiotherapy experience.
- Strong manual therapy skills and evidence-based exercise prescription.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
