Responsibility
- Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and neurological issues, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Lead and supervise patient sessions with emphasis on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Conduct outcome measurements and monitor progress using standardized tools.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate care and refer when appropriate.
- Contribute to clinic development, mentor junior physiotherapists, and participate in service improvements.
Qualification
- Registered Physiotherapist with Australian professional accreditation (APA member preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical physiotherapy experience in musculoskeletal care.
- Experience in evidence-based practice, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient education skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to undergo background checks.
