We are a premium physiotherapy clinic in the heart of Sydney, delivering evidence-based care to adults, athletes, and post-operative patients. We are seeking a motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our patient-centered private practice and lead high-quality care.
What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and personalized treatment plans for musculoskeletal, sports, and injury rehabilitation.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to support optimal outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans, and communicate clearly with patients and families.
- Collaborate with GPs, surgeons, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care.
- Contribute to clinic operations, mentorship of junior therapists, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Document care in our EHR system, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Participate in community workshops, patient education programs, and clinic marketing efforts.

Ideal candidate:
- Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA or equivalent
- 3+ years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehab
- Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication, empathy, and prioritization of patient outcomes
Responsibility
- Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal and sport-related injuries to design effective treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, dry needling (where permitted), and therapeutic exercise.
- Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and communicate outcomes to patients and care teams.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other therapists to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Educate patients on self-management, injury prevention, and return-to-activity strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinic policies and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
- AHPRA registration or equivalent required to practice in Australia.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation.
- Proven expertise in manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in private practice is preferred; comfort with clinic operations and patient concierge style.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification; Working with Children Check may be required.
