We are seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to lead rigorous research, synthesize complex data, and translate findings into clear, actionable policy recommendations for policymakers, stakeholders, and the public.
In this role, you will manage policy research across domestic policy areas, develop briefs, testify when required, and collaborate with coalitions to shape outcomes that improve governance and citizen well being.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end policy research on domestic policy issues, including legislation tracking, data analysis, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Develop concise policy briefs and testimony-ready materials for policymakers and stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative developments and regulatory actions; synthesize impacts for internal and external audiences.
- Engage with coalitions, interest groups, and government partners to advance policy priorities.
- Communicate complex policy concepts through accessible reports, briefings, and public speaking engagements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and communications teams to contextualize findings and maximize impact.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on policy analysis, government affairs, or think tank experience.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with experience in data interpretation and policy modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and public speaking.
- Deep familiarity with the United States federal policy landscape and the legislative process in Washington, DC.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, data visualization tools, and policy research platforms; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
