We are seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to lead analysis on legislative and regulatory issues, craft clear policy positions, and inform strategic decision-making for clients in the nonprofit, advocacy, and governmental sectors.

Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth policy research on domestic and federal legislation; monitor bill status and regulatory developments relevant to clients.
- Analyze data sets, summarize implications, and develop evidence-based policy recommendations.
- Draft policy briefs, white papers, memos, and testimony-ready documents.
- Support client engagements by preparing briefings, leading stakeholder meetings, and coordinating with subject matter experts.
- Develop policy positions and messaging that align with client goals and public interest.
- Present findings to internal teams and client leadership; translate complex analyses into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Collaborate with communications teams to craft policy messaging, op-eds, and public communications.
Qualification
- Bachelor or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years of policy analysis or legislative affairs experience, preferably in DC or federal environment
- Proven track record drafting policy briefs and position papers
- Strong research, data analysis, and quantitative/qualitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with policy databases, legislative tracking tools, and data visualization
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines
