Responsibility
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies
- Analyze and troubleshoot process issues to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, and IWS methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
