As a Senior Professional Trainer, you will partner with client SMEs to translate complex goals into actionable learning solutions, lead engaging trainings, and coach junior trainers. Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs for corporate clients across in-person and virtual formats.
- Conduct needs assessments to capture performance gaps and define measurable learning objectives.
- Facilitate instructor-led sessions, webinars, and blended learning, adapting to diverse audiences.
- Develop curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and job aids; curate multimedia assets for instruction.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels and data-driven metrics; report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage LMS content, track enrollment, and maintain SCORM-compliant e-learning modules.
- Mentor and coach junior trainers, contribute to thought leadership materials, and support business development efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years of professional training experience in corporate or industry settings.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, needs analysis, and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise), LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday), and multimedia production.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
- Experience with assessment design, learning analytics, and performance support materials.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
- Certifications in Training or Instructional Design (e.g., ATD CPTD, ISPI) preferred.
