ImpactLearning Institute is seeking a results-driven Senior Professional Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize high-impact training programs for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven learning initiatives to close skill gaps and accelerate performance.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and update modular training programs using needs analysis, SME input, and clear learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual trainings to diverse audiences, adapting to remote and on-site formats.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and post-training coaching to reinforce learning and behavior change.
- Apply learning analytics to measure impact; track attendance, assessments, and transfer to on-the-job performance.
- Collaborate with content owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Manage LMS content, create assessments, and maintain up-to-date course catalog and curricula.
- Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to scale programs across client organizations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of corporate training, instructional design, or facilitation experience.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, CPLP) preferred.
- Proficiency with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning tools.
- Excellent facilitation and public speaking skills; ability to engage virtual and in-person audiences.
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Moodle, Cornerstone).
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and project management abilities; willing to travel up to 20%.
