We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead design development and delivery on high-profile commercial, cultural, and civic projects in London. This role combines creative leadership, technical precision, and strong client engagement to shape iconic environments.
As a senior member of our design team, you will mentor junior colleagues, coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, and manage projects from concept through construction documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent, feasibility, and sustainable outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Lead design development and technical documentation for complex commercial and cultural projects, ensuring architectural intent is realized across all drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to align on scope, schedule, budget, and constructability; managechange effectively.
- Drive BIM workflows and model coordination using Revit, ArchiCAD, and related tools; establish and enforce standards across projects.
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and sustainability targets throughout all phases.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and drafters; review drawings, specifications, and QA/QC checks to maintain high quality.
- Oversee project delivery, including scheduling, risk management, procurement support, and coordination with engineering disciplines.
- Lead client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings with clear communication and persuasive visuals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop feasibility studies, value engineering, and design optimizations.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program; ARB eligibility or UK registration strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of professional architectural experience with a portfolio of complex projects demonstrating leadership and design excellence.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and CAD (AutoCAD); familiarity with BIM360, Navisworks, Rhino/SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning approvals, and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills; proven ability to manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 2-6 and construction administration.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment while maintaining a high standard of design integrity.
