Join Lumen Architecture Studio, a forward-thinking practice focused on vibrant, sustainable design. We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead design development and construction documentation for a diverse portfolio including hospitality, commercial, and multi-family residential projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to deliver compelling, code-compliant solutions while mentoring junior staff and guiding project teams toward excellence.

Responsibility

  • Lead design development from concept through construction documentation, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop architectural concepts, ensure code compliance, and oversee BIM modeling (Revit) and 3D visualization.
  • Prepare and present design narratives, drawings, and exhibits for clients, planning commissions, and regulatory agencies.
  • Mentor junior architects and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across all project phases.
  • Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, and manage change orders with proactive, cost-conscious solutions.
  • Collaborate with procurement and construction administration teams to support field implementation and quality control.

Qualification

  • Professional Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent; licensed architect preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of architectural practice with demonstrated leadership on complex projects.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray).
  • Deep knowledge of building codes, zoning, accessibility standards, and sustainability considerations (LEED/WELL a plus).
  • Excellent design sensibility, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience delivering projects under multiple contract types (DBB, CM/GC, Design-Build).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
