Pepper Labs is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Executive to lead and manage strategic education projects in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will collaborate with school partners, corporate clients, and internal teams to design, implement, and evaluate education initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. You will translate ambitious goals into clear project plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring every initiative aligns with Pepper Labs' mission to elevate learning experiences.
As a senior project leader, you will own end-to-end project lifecycle management: scoping, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, quality assurance, and delivery. You will mentor and empower cross-functional teams, including educators, designers, and coordinators, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Your strategic mindset will help optimize resources, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across all programs.
You will be the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables and transparent progress updates. You will prepare executive-grade reports, facilitate productive reviews, and advocate for client needs while balancing Pepper Labs' standards and capabilities. Your work will require a strong attention to detail, data-driven decision making, and a passion for education innovation.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage education projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and Pepper Labs' standards.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to guarantee on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- Mentor and empower cross-functional teams, including educators, designers, and coordinators, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders; translate requirements into actionable deliverables and transparent status updates.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to protect scope, schedule, and quality.
- Drive innovation by introducing new methodologies, tools, and best practices in project execution and education design.
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance with education standards, data privacy, and safety protocols across all initiatives.
- Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring value and performance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within the education or training industry.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and the ability to define clear success metrics and reporting.
- Fluent in English; working proficiency in Malay is a plus and adaptability to Malaysia-based operations.
