This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for delivering safe, high-quality built environments.

In this role you will partner with clients, consultants, procurement teams, and site crews to develop robust delivery plans, manage risks, and maintain transparent, data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders. You will mentor and lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage expectations, and champion safety, quality, and sustainability on every project.

Key responsibilities include driving project initiation and planning, establishing realistic schedules, controlling budgets, coordinating procurement, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. You will monitor performance, report variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget. You will also play a critical role in stakeholder engagement, change management, and ensuring that the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

To excel in this role, you should bring a strong track record in successful delivery of construction projects, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure safe, compliant site operations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement corrective actions and contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and the project team; provide regular status updates.
