We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Property Executive to join our team at 7 Eleven in Tampines North, East Region. As a key member of our leasing department, you will be responsible for managing and leasing properties to potential tenants. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the local real estate market.
Responsibility
- Manage and lease commercial properties
- Negotiate leasing terms with potential tenants
- Conduct property inspections and assessments
- Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams on property management
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
