NorthBridge Property Management is seeking a results driven Senior Property Manager to lead the operations of our diverse portfolio in the San Diego region. You will partner with property owners, tenants, and vendors to maximize asset value while delivering exceptional service.
In this role, you will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration, risk management, and capital planning. You will lead a small team, implement scalable processes, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibility
- Oversee day to day management of assigned properties, including occupancy, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and capital projects.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets; monitor financial performance; prepare owner reports and variance analysis.
- Lead leasing and tenant relations, including screening, renewals, move ins/outs, and retention strategies.
- Supervise property staff and contracted vendors; schedule preventive maintenance and oversee capital improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, safety, ADA) and implement robust risk management practices.
- Optimize property operations through technology and process improvements; leverage Yardi, AppFolio, or similar platforms.
- Prepare clear owner communications, respond to inquiries, and act as the primary liaison for property owners.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of property management experience across commercial and or residential properties.
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting skills with a track record of improving NOI.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi Voyager, AppFolio, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leasing, tenant relations, and negotiation abilities; customer service oriented.
- Knowledge of local San Diego housing regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as CAM or CPM are a plus.
