In this role, you will contribute to clinical outcomes, supervise trainees, and help advance our program's evidence-based practices through assessment, therapy, and program development.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments across youth and adults using standardized tools.
- Develop and implement individualized, data-driven treatment plans based on evidence-based approaches.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy, adapting modalities to client needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to coordinate care.
- Supervise and mentor psychology interns and behavioral health staff.
- Contribute to clinical research, program evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ethics, privacy, and regulatory standards; maintain accurate documentation.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice psychology in Massachusetts.
- 5+ years of clinical experience with diverse populations.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and comprehensive psychological assessment.
- Experience with DSM-5-TR diagnostic formulation and psychosocial evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and supervision skills; culturally responsive practice.
- Proficient in telehealth delivery and electronic health records; commitment to confidentiality and ethics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to program development.
