Responsibility
- Lead study design and protocol development for psychology research projects, from hypothesis generation to data collection planning.
- Coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling, data collection, quality control, and retention strategies.
- Perform advanced statistical analyses using SPSS, R, or Python and interpret results for stakeholders.
- Oversee data management, documentation, and reproducibility practices.
- Coordinate IRB submissions, amendments, and ongoing ethical compliance.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and external partners to translate findings into practical interventions.
- Prepare manuscripts, reports, and presentations for scientific conferences and journals.
Qualification
- PhD or Masterβs degree in psychology, neuroscience, or related field; clinical experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of research experience in psychology with strong experimental design and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, and Python; experience with data visualization tools a plus.
- Experience with IRB submissions, informed consent processes, and human subjects protection.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; publication record is desirable.
- Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
