Responsibility
- Lead analyses of population health data to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for intervention.
- Design and implement program evaluations to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into policy recommendations.
- Prepare policy briefs, grant proposals, and reports for stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Support grant applications and manage data quality and integrity.
- Represent the organization in public health forums and community meetings.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health research or program evaluation
- Strong knowledge of epidemiologic methods and biostatistics
- Proficiency with statistical software (R, SAS, or Stata) and data visualization tools
- Experience translating data into actionable policy recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to health equity and community engagement
