Responsibility

  • Design and conduct program evaluations and impact assessments for public health initiatives.
  • Analyze population health data to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for intervention.
  • Develop data dashboards and visualizations to communicate results to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with epidemiologists, program managers, and community partners to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for grant applications, funders, and policy makers.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in public health analytics, program evaluation, or health services research.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with study design, causal inference, and handling large, complex health datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical findings for diverse audiences.
  • Commitment to health equity and community engagement; prior experience with diverse populations preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
