Responsibility
- Manage and oversee M&E quantity surveying activities
- Prepare and evaluate cost estimates for projects
- Provide advice on contractual claims and variations
- Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
