Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert client opportunities through outbound outreach and referrals.
- Conduct property showings and virtual tours for buyers and investors.
- Prepare compelling listing presentations and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate offers, contingencies, and terms to secure favorable outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end transaction process with meticulous attention to detail.
- Leverage CRM and MLS to track leads, follow-ups, and market activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maximize exposure and client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or brokerage.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced market.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
