Responsibility
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers in the NYC market.
- Conduct property valuations, price guidance, and market analysis to inform pricing strategy.
- Create compelling listing presentations and bespoke marketing campaigns to maximize exposure.
- Host property showings, negotiate offers, and manage transactional processes through closing.
- Leverage CRM and digital marketing to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure smooth closings.
- Provide white-glove client service, maintain regular updates, and deliver market insights.
Qualification
- Active New York real estate license or equivalent within the jurisdiction; eligible to obtain.
- Minimum 2 years of residential real estate sales experience in NYC or similar luxury market.
- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency with MLS/IDX, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BoomTown), and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, real estate, or related field.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.
