Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success profiles, and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Source and screen candidates using modern techniques, assessments, and structured interview processes.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting through offer, ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience.
- Leverage ATS/CRM and recruitment analytics to optimize time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming openings across tech, sales, and operations.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and facilitate negotiations and offers.
- Collaborate on employer branding and outreach initiatives to attract passive candidates.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech or professional services.
- Proven track record of hiring across multiple levels and functions with diverse candidate pools.
- Strong proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
