As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will source top talent, manage the interview process, and guide stakeholders from job design to offer negotiation. This role offers a clear path to leadership as we continue to grow.
Responsibility
- Source and screen candidates for multiple roles across functions using proactive prospecting and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set assessment criteria.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Utilize ATS and recruiting analytics to track metrics, pipelines, and improve time-to-fill.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through networking, campus programs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide market insights on compensation, skills availability, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on onboarding, hiring approvals, and workforce planning.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive hiring process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Qualification
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably tech or professional services.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions with high-quality hires.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and referrals.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and data-driven recruiting.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills with a candidate-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and influence decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD or SHRM a plus.
