Responsibility

  • Source and screen candidates for multiple roles across functions using proactive prospecting and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set assessment criteria.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial outreach to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Utilize ATS and recruiting analytics to track metrics, pipelines, and improve time-to-fill.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines through networking, campus programs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide market insights on compensation, skills availability, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on onboarding, hiring approvals, and workforce planning.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive hiring process, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualification

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably tech or professional services.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions with high-quality hires.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and referrals.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and data-driven recruiting.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills with a candidate-centric approach.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and influence decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD or SHRM a plus.
