Brightline Careers is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in New York City. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of technology and business roles, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, craft compelling narratives, and attract top talent. This is a high-visibility role for a data-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will shape hiring strategies, drive search campaigns, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer. You will partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to forecast hiring needs and build diverse, top-tier pipelines.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across technology and business functions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers, define job requirements, and set timelines.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate with stakeholders; deliver timely, high-quality feedback.
- Utilize data and ATS analytics to measure recruiting performance and iterate on processes.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to improve candidate quality and velocity.
Qualification
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or professional services.
- Proven track record with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and HRIS; data-driven with metrics.
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in fast-growing startups or scaling teams; comfortable working in ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver high-quality candidates on tight SLAs.
