We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across technology, sales, and operations.

In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, and build robust pipelines to support rapid growth.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for multiple client accounts and internal roles.
  • Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural and technical fit, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience with timely communication, feedback, and updates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles; maintain candidate CRM (ATS) data.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to define job requirements and negotiate offers.
  • Collect and analyze recruiting metrics to drive improvements; implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO and company policies; champion diversity and inclusion.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech or corporate recruiting.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles and seniority levels.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools; strong resume screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent time management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance; commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Data-driven and metrics-oriented; ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to present compelling offers.
