TechBridge Solutions is expanding its world-class engineering team. We are seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, and platform engineers. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build compelling offer strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
As a pivotal member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will drive sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes that attract top-tier talent while maintaining a strong emphasis on cultural fit and candidate care.
What you will do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across multiple business units, from defining requirements to close.
- Partner with hiring managers to design compelling job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, campus programs, referrals, and internal networks.
- Source proactively using Boolean search techniques and advanced recruitment tools; manage candidate tracking in our ATS.
- Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and manage candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
- Negotiate offers and finalize onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidate and team.
- Track recruiting metrics, share insights with leadership, and implement process improvements to scale velocity and quality.

Qualification
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (software, data, cloud, or IT).
- Proven success filling hard-to-fill roles with a strong sourcing toolkit and excellent candidate evaluation skills.
- Deep understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle and a commitment to an exceptional candidate experience.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and sourcing tools; strong Boolean search skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment and manage multiple priorities with grace.
