We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology and product roles in the New York market. You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling role narratives, and build diverse, high-caliber pipelines.
About the role You will lead end-to-end recruiting, from intake to onboarding, across software engineering, product, and design functions, driving outcomes with a data-driven mindset.
What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology and product roles, from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networks, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and realistic timelines.
- Develop strong talent pipelines and nurture relationships with passive candidates for future roles.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a compelling employer brand.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, share insights, and optimize processes to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire.
- Facilitate structured interviews, coordinate panels, and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven success hiring software engineers, product managers, designers, and data roles
- Expertise with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and candidate relationship management tools
- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social networks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruiting metrics and optimize campaigns
