Responsibility

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions using proactive search strategies
  • Manage full cycle recruitment from posting to offer while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to develop competitive offers and smooth onboarding plans
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to improve time to fill and quality of hire
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Drive employer brand initiatives and represent the company at events and career fairs

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or high growth environments
  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in candidate experience and diversity
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
