Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions using proactive search strategies
- Manage full cycle recruitment from posting to offer while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to develop competitive offers and smooth onboarding plans
- Track and report recruiting metrics to improve time to fill and quality of hire
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Drive employer brand initiatives and represent the company at events and career fairs
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or high growth environments
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in candidate experience and diversity
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
