You will own sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and optimize the candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for 10-15 roles per quarter across multiple industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define compelling job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networking, and community outreach.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback.
- Manage applicant tracking system data, metrics, and reporting to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coach junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in recruitment firms or in-house talent acquisition roles.
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong interview, assessment, and negotiation skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
