Be a part of a premium talent advisory at BeaconBridge Talent. We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our expanding team in New York City. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape our hiring strategy across functions.
In this role, you will attract top talent, manage candidate experience, implement efficient sourcing strategies, and deliver timely, high-quality hires that fuel our growth.
Responsibility
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into actionable search plans.
- Conduct screening calls, structured interviews, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate meaningful recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to attract diverse top talent.
Qualification
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or professional services.
- Proven success in sourcing and closing roles across multiple levels.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills; familiarity with structured interviewing.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a customer-first mindset.
