We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles across the San Francisco area. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned client segments, delivering high-quality candidates on time.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and network outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create scorecards, and set realistic timelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interview loops and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, maintain accurate data, and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
- Build active and passive talent pipelines for critical roles and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level roles and building diverse candidate slates.
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals) and familiarity with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with DEI-focused recruiting and creating inclusive candidate experiences.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze hiring metrics and optimize processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
