Job description

BrightPath Tech is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead our technology hiring in the San Francisco market. You will partner with engineering leadership to build scalable recruiting programs, elevate candidate experience, and help shape our employer brand.

In this role, you will own end-to-end recruiting for critical tech roles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive data-driven improvements that accelerate hiring while maintaining a high bar for talent and culture fit.

Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and product roles, from sourcing to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and staffing plans.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including targeted outreach, campus partnerships, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methodologies; coordinate interview panels and feedback.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline, track key recruiting metrics, and report progress to leadership.
  • Negotiate offers and close top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute to DEI recruiting initiatives and continuously improve interview processes and candidate experience.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
  • Proven success hiring for software engineering, data science, product, and related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while balancing speed and quality.
  • Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion; experience building diverse pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
