We are a fast-growing talent acquisition firm seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our NYC team. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple business units, partner with hiring managers, and craft compelling candidate experiences. This is a strategic, high-output role ideal for metrics-driven recruiters who love building teams.
What you will do: source top-tier talent, manage candidates through the pipeline, and contribute to process improvements. You will also mentor junior recruiters and help shape our employer brand across channels.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, from role scoping to offer and onboarding.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview structures, and success metrics.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates; provide timely, data-driven feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage candidate experience and employer branding through communication and messaging.
- Maintain and optimize ATS data quality; track metrics and produce regular recruiting dashboards.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong knowledge of ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday) and recruiting metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple search assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
