Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, including technology, sales, and operations roles.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, events, and market mapping.
- Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and assess cultural and technical fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
- Own offer negotiations, facilitate smooth onboarding, and drive candidate experience improvements.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and report pipeline health to stakeholders.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and talent marketing to attract passive candidates.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements for faster time-to-fill.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles with competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proven track record of closing critical positions and building talent pipelines.
- Strong data-driven mindset and ability to synthesize insights for leadership.
