We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter to join PrimePeak Talent Solutions in Austin, TX. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, build high-quality pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will:
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and cultivate talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methodologies and objective scoring.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Utilize recruitment analytics and ATS data to continuously optimize performance.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruiting programs as needed.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured methodologies.
- Manage candidate experience and provide timely communication.
- Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate on employer branding and campus recruitment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or RPO environment.
- Proficient in ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and recruitment tools.
- Strong assessment and interviewing skills; ability to evaluate cultural fit.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Data-driven with strong prioritization and organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles.
