PulseHire Global is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead technology hiring in a fast-paced, candidate-centric environment. You will partner with product and engineering leaders to attract top talent and drive company growth.
In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, implement proactive sourcing strategies, and shape an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand values.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment for software and technical roles, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job briefs
- Source and engage passive candidates using modern channels and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for culture fit and technical proficiency
- Coordinate interviews, schedule with stakeholders, and provide timely updates
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and manage candidate offers to close quickly
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Track recruiting metrics, analyze data, and optimize hiring processes
Qualification
- 3+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing company
- Strong knowledge of software engineering roles and tech stacks
- Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever) and standard recruiting tech
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to source and hire diverse candidate pipelines
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities
