You will partner with hiring managers, craft scalable sourcing strategies, and elevate candidate experience from first contact to offer.

In this role, you will shape recruiting strategy, build diverse talent pipelines, and drive outcomes that impact product roadmaps and company growth.

Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for tech and growth roles across multiple product squads.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and prioritize open roles.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interviews with stakeholders and provide timely feedback.
  • Manage a fast, candidate-centric interview process and maintain steady candidate flow.
  • Track recruiting metrics, optimize time-to-hire, and continuously improve hiring quality.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of scalable recruitment playbooks.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or startups.
  • Proven success filling software engineering, data, product, and growth roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and ATS like Greenhouse or Lever.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to design scalable recruiting processes and implement efficient interview rails.
  • Knowledge of DEI best practices and building diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
