Responsibility
- Build and execute end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software engineering, data, product, and operations.
- Develop robust sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social networks, referrals, and campus programs to fill roles quickly with top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish interview scoring to improve quality of hire.
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer, ensuring timely communication and feedback loops.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent market insights by engaging with local tech communities.
- Track recruiting metrics and use ATS data to optimize processes and forecast hiring needs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Proven success filling hard-to-fill technical roles with diverse candidate pools.
- Expertise with ATS and CRM tools; strong data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication, interview coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices; committed to ethical, confidential recruiting.
