Responsibility
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for mid-to-senior roles across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define required competencies and create compelling role narratives.
- Proactively build and manage a diverse talent pipeline and maintain an active network of passive candidates.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to continuously optimize sourcing strategies.
Qualification
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in agency or corporate environments.
- Proven success filling roles across technology, product, and business functions.
- Strong understanding of ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus.
