In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into compelling roles, design targeted outreach strategies, and manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer. You will leverage data-driven methods, maintain strong networks, and uphold our brand as a premium talent partner.
Responsibility
- Partner with executives and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and define role specifications.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, delivering objective, structured evaluations.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders with data-driven recruiting metrics.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through acceptance while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Strengthen employer branding and outreach through innovative channels and events.
- Track recruiting metrics, optimize processes, and forecast hiring needs to meet business goals.
Qualification
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with a track record of filling mid-to-senior roles.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strong ability to build passive candidate pipelines and network effectively.
- Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and data-driven recruiting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
