NovaBridge Talent is seeking a results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our London team. You will partner with hiring managers, design talent acquisition strategies, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.
As a core member of our People Operations group, you will own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, from initial outreach to offer, while championing diversity & inclusion and building a strong employer brand.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment campaigns across multiple functions (technology, sales, operations) to meet hiring goals.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates; craft compelling candidate experiences that reflect our employer brand.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
- Manage the candidate pipeline through an ATS, track metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Drive proactive sourcing and talent pipelining for both immediate openings and future needs.
- Partner in the development of interview processes, assessment tools, and interview training for managers.
- Support offer negotiations and coordinate seamless onboarding processes.
Qualification
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments, preferably in the London market.
- Proven success in proactive sourcing, Boolean search, and using social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
